The active life detox plan is created for those who may have some previous experience juicing or who currently embrace an active lifestyle with healthy eating habits. You maybe can't handle the thought of going a few days without your regular exercise program.
 The active life detox plan contains extra protein and a bit of fiber to nourish muscles and gives you a bit more energy.
 We recommend at least 3, 5 or 7 days for active life detox plan.
The active life detox plan includes, 9 liquid prana glass bottles per day:
  • 1 popeye's punch (spinach, cucumber, celery, lemon, ginger)
  • 1 get fit (pineapple, cucumber, apple, lemon)
  • 1 roots energy (beetroot, apple, celery, lemon)
  • 1 lp master cleanser (alkaline water, organic cayenne, organic maple syrup, lime essential oil)
  • 1 lp simply almond mylk (sprouted almonds, alkaline water, cinnamon essential oil, dates, organic himalayan salt)
  • 1 lp chocolate almond mylk (sprouted almonds, alkaline water, cinnamon essential oil, dates, organic cacao, organic maca, vanilla, organic himalayan salt)
  • 1 prana shot – energy shot (ginger, apple)
  • 1 lp morning alkalise (organic apple cider vinegar, lemon, oxygenated alkaline water)

Recommended schedule
  1. Waking up: lp morning alkalise –(mix in a cup of warm water, optionally add a teaspoon of raw honey)
  2. Breakfast (8 am): prana shot and popeye's punch
  3. Post workout (10 am): lp chocolate almond mylk
  4. Snack (12 pm): chia seed hydrating tonic
  5. Lunch (2 pm): roots energy
  6. Snack (4 pm): lp master cleanser
  7. Late afternoon (6 pm): get fit
  8. Dinner (8 pm): lp simply almond mylk
  9. Drink h2o throughout the day
    Tips 
    Adjust times as needed for your personal schedule.Drink water and/or herbal teas throughout the day.If you feel your body really needs some solid food, you may eat small amounts of the raw fruits or veggies that are in your juices.Additional liquid prana juices or mylks, that fit in your plan, can be purchased.Rest, relax and sleep early!
